Sleep, Sleep and more Sleep. You've probably already heard how important rest is in your recovery. Don't underestimate this. Many people start to feel better than go and do all the things they've been missing only to find themselves in the midst of a relapse. Even after you start to feel better you must keep your activities light. I can't stress this enough. Many people who've have struggled with recovery say they wish they had rested more in the early stages of the illness. Don't make the same mistake they made!!
