My story is long, but I'll make it short!! I'm sure you've heard that one before:) I was diagnosed with Mononucleosis just shy of my 30th birthday. I had been feeling ill for about a month before I was formally diagnosed. My doctor said I was the worst case he'd ever seen. I was out of work for around 3 months and wasn't somewhat normal for a whole year!! Even now, 4 years later I still struggle with my energy levels. I was sick, very very sick! So sick that I couldn't sleep, eat or do anything but pace back and forth in my apartment for weeks.
Because of this very traumatic experience I've researched this disease front and back. I'm not embellishing when I say I know as much as any expert does. I thought I would create this forum to give people a centralized place to come and discuss with other sufferers what they're going through. I will try to give as much feedback as I can! I may add to my personal story at a later date, there's almost too much to write!
